Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concept Designer / Architect with a minimum of 0-6 years of professional experience in renowned firms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in design ideation, design communications, design development, and design research. They should possess a strong portfolio showcasing their innovative designs and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, a passion for exploring and experimenting with materials is essential for this role. Proficiency in a range of design software including, Lumion, Rhino, Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit and AutoCAD is required.

Key Responsibilities :

Generate innovative and compelling design concepts that meet business objectives, project requirements, and budget parameters.
Develop and refine design concepts through all stages of the design process, from initial sketches to final presentation.
Produce high-quality design presentations and visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth design research to inform and inspire the development of creative solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and design charrettes to foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes / regulations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Architecture from reputed institutions

Minimum of 0-6 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on concept design.

Strong portfolio showcasing residential (multi-family + single-family) design projects and a high level of design proficiency.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

Proficiency in design software including Revit, Lumion, Rhino, Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and AutoCAD.

Demonstrated ability to conduct design research and integrate findings into the design process.

Curiosity and passion for exploring new materials, technologies, and design methodologies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working in renowned architectural firms or design studios.

Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices.

Knowledge of parametric design software such as Grasshopper.

Experience with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies for design visualization.
