Job Summary :

Role : SME Google Workspace

Experience : 2 year to 8 years

Job Location : Chennai

Eligibility :

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar / PAN

Candidates to have registered EPs

It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive

Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities :

Excellent Comm skill (verbal / Written).

Good Typing Speed (Preferably 30 to 50 WPM).

Exp 2 - 8 years of experience in technical trouble shooting (Preferably TAC support) for Google Workspace (GWS).

Knowledge on any Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc.

Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred.
