Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & planning : Develop and execute quarterly social media strategies to grow followers, engagement, and leads.
- Content calendar : Plan and maintain a consistent monthly content calendar (reels, carousels, stories, campaigns).
- Content creation Oversight : Coordinate shoots, guide creative team on visuals, captions, hashtags, and trending formats.
- Brand voice & positioning : Ensure messaging reflects Kala Shree's premium bridal and ethnic wear identity.
- Performance tracking : Monitor analytics, optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Influencer collaborations : Identify and manage influencer partnerships and bridal collaborations.
- Community management : Respond to DMs / comments promptly, nurture leads, and maintain strong relationships with followers.
- Paid ads management : Plan and manage ad budgets for Meta / Instagram ads focused on lead generation and store footfall.
- Campaign innovation : Launch new interactive campaigns (polls, giveaways, bridal showcases) to increase engagement.
- Competitor & trend research : Stay ahead of fashion / social trends and competitor activity.
- Collaboration with sales team : Align social campaigns with in-store events, promotions, and product launches.
- Reporting : Share detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with management.
About Company : We are involved in manufacturing, wholesaling, & retailing Indian ethnic women's wear, including bridal and non-bridal wear. We have been based at Karol Bagh since 1992. We design mostly pure silk fabrics procured from various parts of India, like Bangalore and Banaras & perform various value additions like dyeing, embroidery, & stitching. We specialize in bridal wear & have the vision to take it to the next level. We also have a sustainable fashion manufacturing & procurement vision.
