Eligibility Criteria :

  • 5-7 years Experience

Basic Skills Required :

  • Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures
  • Excellent and recent Nokia / Huawei or Ericsson product knowledge

    • Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Daily level KPI optimization for GSM & LTE for any OEM / s
  • Fetching of KPI reports from OSS
  • Post processing of this data in Acceptance Test format
  • Knowledge of Soft optimization including counters and parameters
  • Knowledge of Physical optimization
  • Execution of Golden Parameters list, Baseline parameters and its audit
