Finance Manager - CA - NBFC

The company is backed by marquee investors and is known for its strong growth.Roles and Responsibilities : Financial Management1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounts department.2. Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.3. Monitor working capital, cash flows, and liquidity management.4. Manage banking relationships and investment portfolios.Accounting & Reporting1. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and RBI guidelines.2. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.3. Prepare MIS reports for senior management and decks for committee meetings.4. Implement and monitor strong internal controls and accounting processes.Regulatory Compliance1. Ensure compliance with all applicable RBI regulations, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.2. Coordinate and lead audits (Statutory, Internal, RBI, Tax, etc.)3. File periodic returns and reports with RBIKey Skills & Competencies : 1. CA with 3-5 years experience either with a NBFC or Small Finance
