Job descriptionGood exposure to data driven projects in banking. Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance and report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders as well as other staff members. Use and continually develop leadership skills. Develop trackers, presentations, and process maps to document needs. Compliance to Risk management Framework Project management and compliance to related processes. Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Business domains AI & BI solutions Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of data analysis / project management experience, with a combination of business and technical skills Proven working experience in project management. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus. Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Process Improvement Effective Communication & reporting Performance Management Planning, Developing and Tracking Budgets Project Management – inception to closure Stakeholder engagement Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Banking business domain Basic SQL Data Modeling Project management skills Agile methodologies, SCRUM
