Oracle Fusion Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver an onsite / Hybrid Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program .
• Conduct end-user functional trainings across multiple batches through a hybrid model (80% online, 20% classroom).
• Develop comprehensive training materials, SOPs, user manuals, and process documentation in alignment with PwC’s Oracle Fusion implementation framework.
• Partner closely with the PwC implementation team and internal business leads and users to ensure training reflects actual configured business processes.
• Conduct knowledge assessments, feedback sessions , and provide post-training support.
• Tailor training sessions to match participant skill levels and functional roles.
• Ensure consistency and quality of delivery across all batches and modules.
