We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to manage, optimize, and support our HubSpot platform across Content Hub, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and integrating HubSpot with E-commerce and other business systems to ensure smooth operations across teams.
Key Responsibilities
#Administer and maintain HubSpot, including users, pipelines, workflows, and permissions.
#Develop and optimize automation workflows for lead nurturing and sales processes.
#Manage data integrity through imports, validation, deduplication, and cleansing.
#Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports for business insights.
#Integrate HubSpot with E-commerce, analytics, and automation tools
#Design and build HubSpot CMS templates, themes, and modules using HubL, HTML, and CSS.
#Optimize website and landing page performance for responsiveness, SEO, and accessibility.
#Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for HubSpot users and development team.
Skills and Experience
#3–4 years of experience in a HubSpot Specialist or Administrator role.
#Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM configuration, automation, and CMS development.
#Experience with HubDB, Smart Content, and dynamic personalization.
#Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data management best practices.
#HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub) preferred.
#Experience in an E-commerce or B2C environment is a plus.
