Your day to day role will include :
- Project Management and governance for Talent & Learning programs
- Scheduling and planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliverables, milestones, resource and program tracking, development and management of risk, issue and action logs, track planning and execution
- Ensure smooth project execution by monitoring and auditing key tasks across Talent & Learning initiatives and projects
- Build and maintain successful partnerships with Talent & Learning team, HR stakeholders and key business sponsors
- Talent & Learning process governance, maintain SOPs, process documents
- Take initiative to develop or improve project management processes and tools. Ensure project tools, best practices and lessons learned are documented.
- Maintain and track Talent & Learning Budget
- Liaison with Talent & Learning SMEs and Finance team to ensure accurate monitoring
- Act as Learning partner for specified business units
- Lead and manage special projects in Talent & Organization Development as needed
