Stitch Stories is a fast-growing apparel brand bringing thoughtful designs, everyday comfort, and premium craftsmanship to modern India. We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can scale our digital growth across Meta, Google, and emerging acquisition channels.
About the Role
We’re searching for a data-driven performance marketer who can manage end-to-end paid campaigns, optimize CAC, scale ROAS, and build profitable acquisition funnels. You will work closely with our creative and product teams to drive measurable revenue impact.
Monthly Salary : 80,000 - 1,00,000
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads , Google Ads , YouTube, and retargeting channels.
- Reduce CAC , increase ROAS , and maintain healthy MER .
- Build and manage full-funnel strategies : prospecting → retargeting → retention.
- Plan performance-driven budgets and weekly / monthly projections.
- Conduct A / B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences.
- Analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Work closely with designers to brief high-converting creatives.
- Improve website conversion rate (CRO) with landing page testing.
- Manage product / collection-level promotion strategies.
- Monitor trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates.
What We’re Looking For :
2–5 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C / fashion / lifestyle brands (required).Strong grip over Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads .Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency.Solid understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, MER, LTV metrics.Ability to work with data and build growth-focused strategies.Experience with Shopify and GA4
