Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, handle communication between departments, and ensure smooth coordination from order to delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients for all post-sales communication.
- Maintain and update customer records, project status, and feedback in CRM software or Excel reports.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Dispatch, and Accounts) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Follow up on project timelines, order updates, and payment schedules.
- Prepare and share daily / weekly reports with management.
- Assist in maintaining documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, and client correspondence.
- Support the sales and marketing teams in client retention and relationship-building activities.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients to enhance trust and long-term partnerships.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce).1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, or Client Coordination (preferably in a manufacturing setup).Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic CRM tools.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail.Salary :
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
