We are seeking a seasoned legal professional with work experience of 8-10 years to lead our Legal function and provide strategic inputs to the Founders, Board, Executive Leadership Team and Business Functions of our company. The ideal candidate will have a deep hands-on experience and understanding of Indian Corporate Law, Regulations on Contracting, Litigation and a proven track record of managing complex legal issues in a dynamic business environment. In addition, he must have in depth hands-on experience of managing Risk & Compliance.

Wheelseye operates in a highly regulated industry where compliance and risk management are paramount. To effectively navigate this complex environment, we seek a strategic legal leader to :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive legal strategy encompassing contract management, litigation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proactively manage legal risks by establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide strategic leadership for legal, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Anticipate regulatory changes and guide leadership on proactive measures to prevent litigation, fines, and penalties.
This role is critical to safeguarding Wheelseye's interests and driving sustained business success.
2. Essential Experience (Top 3-4- keep objective / measurable) :
Legal Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive legal strategy aligned with the Wheels eyes growth plan.Ensuring Compliance to Regulatory requirements under various laws and statues : Ensure the company's adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including RBI, MCA, Corporate Law, Labor laws.Litigation Management : Oversee litigation and dispute resolution matters, including strategy development, case management, and external counsel management.Contract Management : Review, negotiate, and draft a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service agreements, and intellectual property licenses.Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across the organization.3.
