Job descriptionCoordinate with 6–7 freelance video creators and manage complete production workflows including content calendar planning, script reviews, and feedback cycles. Ensure timely delivery of final content and go-live schedules by working closely with the editing team. Act as the primary quality gatekeeper for all academic content produced. Strong academic background with proven performance. Must have studied Mathematics in higher secondary or higher education. Prior teaching experience (school, coaching, ed-tech, tutoring) is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in creating educational video content for YouTube or e-learning platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking ability with experience managing workflows and timelines. Work at the intersection of academics, content creation, and educational innovation. Collaborate with passionate educators and creators to build meaningful learning experiences. Job Title : Academic Content Production Specialist Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, academically strong, and creatively driven Academic Content Production Specialist to oversee and streamline the production of educational video content. The role involves creating video-based learning modules for PlanetSpark’s YouTube channel and managing freelance content creators. The ideal candidate must have strong academic capabilities along with hands-on experience in creating online learning videos and teaching English / Math to kids (K–12).
Key Responsibilities Individual Video Content Creation (40% Objectives)
- Create engaging and academically accurate learning videos on English language topics such as Grammar, Phonics, Reading, etc.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, conceptual clarity, and learner engagement in all video lessons.
- Collaborate with video editors to ensure proper editing and on-time publishing.
