In this role, you will support clients in managing their online presence, creating and publishing custom content across various platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure each client receives a personalized digital media strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Media Content Execution : Craft, schedule, and publish high-quality content tailored to each brand's tone and goals.
- Reputation Management : Monitor and respond to online reviews, crafting thoughtful responses that reflect brand values.
- Engagement Monitoring & Trend Spotting : Track social conversations, identify trends, and surface key insights or risks.
- Client Alignment & Brand Consistency : Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure all messaging is on-brand.
- Operational Excellence : Maintain content calendars, SLAs, and reporting dashboards.
- Platform Optimization : Stay ahead of evolving platform algorithms and engagement best practices.
- Client Strategy Development : Develop tailored digital media strategies aligned with each client's unique business objectives.
- Content Creation & Management : Plan, create, and schedule engaging digital media content.

Requirements
Experience : 3+ years in digital media strategy, marketing, or a customer-facing role.Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Skills :
