Dairy Products Sales Executive

We are hiring an experienced Dairy Sales Executive to manage and grow sales of core dairy products such as Milk, Curd, Cheese, and related fresh dairy items. The role involves handling institutional, distributor, and bulk clients within the dairy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive sales of milk, curd, cheese, and fresh dairy products in the assigned territory
  
• Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, caterers, and bulk buyers
  
• Identify new business opportunities in institutional and B2B dairy sales
  
• Conduct regular client visits to understand demand and ensure consistent order flow
  
• Present dairy products, pricing, and supply capabilities to clients
  
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements
  
• Ensure timely order placement, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups
  
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  
• Monitor market pricing, competitor activity, and customer preferences
  
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client records
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience :

• 8–10 years of experience in core dairy product sales (Milk / Curd / Cheese only)
  
• Strong understanding of fresh dairy supply chains and cold-chain handling
  
• Experience working with distributors, or bulk buyers
  
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
  
• Comfortable with field sales and regular travel within Bangalore
  
  
  

Education :

• Degree or Diploma in Dairy Technology / Food Technology / Food Science
  
• MBA or Sales certification is an added advantage
  
  
  

Preferred Candidate :

• Willing to relocate
