AI Engineer

Role : AI / ML Engineer

Location : Remote

Experience : 6+ years

Engagement :

Contract / 5-6 Hours a day

Responsibilities :

Design and implement core components of the product— including DL algorithms, knowledge distillation, reinforcement, and engagement scoring.

Develop and fine-tune NLP models for intent detection, sentiment analysis, and relationship scoring.

Integrate AI models with both

on-device (TensorFlow Lite)

and

cloud-based inference pipelines .

Collaborate with DevOps and Backend teams to productionize models using

MLOps best practices .

Build efficient

training, validation, and deployment pipelines

on

AWS / GCP .

Required Skills : Proficient in

Python ,

TensorFlow / PyTorch , and

Transformers (Hugging Face) .

Proficiency in AWS

Experience with

Natural Language Processing

and

Conversational AI .

Understanding of

knowledge graphs ,

vector databases (Pinecone / Milvus) , and

Neo4j .

Familiar with

MLOps frameworks

(Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker).

Strong foundation in

mathematics, embeddings, and scoring algorithms .

Nice to Have : Experience building

on-device AI using TensorFlow Lite or NNAPI .

Familiarity with

multi-modal data

(text + metadata + relationship graphs).
