Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior Development Lead (Product-focused)

with deep expertise in the

Microsoft technology stack

and

microservices architecture . The candidate will lead the development of a new product line, focusing on

API design, integration, and scalable product innovation .

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of

new product features

with a focus on scalability and reliability.

Architect and guide development of

microservices-based platforms

and server layers.

Oversee the creation and integration of

RESTful APIs

for product interoperability.

Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.

Drive engineering excellence, enforce coding standards, and lead technical discussions.

Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a product innovation mindset.

Ensure project milestones are met with high quality and within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–10+ years of hands-on development experience with

• .NET Core, C#, SQL .

Strong expertise in

microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) .

Proven experience in

API design, development, and integration .

Demonstrated ability to lead

product-oriented teams

in Agile / Scrum setups.

Passion for

innovation and building scalable product ecosystems .

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
