Technical Recruiter / Recruitment Trainee

Overview :
The Recruitment Trainee plays a vital role in Understanding Job Descriptions, Sourcing, and Screening candidates, and coordinating other recruitment activities. This role is crucial in ensuring the organization attracts and places top talent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations
- Participate in employer branding initiatives
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Assist in creating and updating training materials for recruitment processes
