Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of Salesforce Developers, ensuring smooth delivery of tasks, adherence to timelines, and quality standards.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.Oversee project transitions, manage workloads, and delegate tasks efficiently while maintaining accountability.Contribute to development activities when required, with hands-on involvement in Apex, Visual force, Lightning (LWC / Aura), Integrations, and declarative configurations.Ensure best practices for coding standards, version control, documentation, and release management.Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary point of communication for project updates, risks, and dependencies.Drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and support team growth through - guidance and mentoring.Ensure delivery excellence and strong alignment with client expectations.Required Skills & Qualifications :
