Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the technical implementation and customization of Teamcenter PLM solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Teamcenter configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and engineers.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment of Teamcenter solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Teamcenter applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of deliverables.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Teamcenter updates, features, and industry trends.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide training to end-users and team members.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners for system upgrades and support.

Preferred Skills :

  • 6+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM implementation, customization, and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, modules, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in PLM-related programming languages and technologies (e.G., ITK, RAC, BMIDE, SOA, AWC).
  • Experience with database management systems (e.G., Oracle, SQL Server) and ERP integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Teamcenter or related PLM systems is a plus.
