About the Role :

The Manager, Data Engineering & Analytics leads and supports a globally distributed team of Data Engineers and Senior Analysts, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of data products from intake through production release.

This role is responsible for people leadership, execution management, and operational excellence—partnering closely with onshore engineering, analytics, and business leaders to align priorities, implement best practices, and continuously improve delivery effectiveness. The manager enables engineers and analysts to be successful by providing clarity, coaching, performance management, and strong cross-team coordination.

Success in this role is measured by team health and performance, delivery predictability, quality of outcomes, adherence to standards, and strong alignment with onshore partners.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Engineers and Senior Analysts in an offshore delivery model
