This role is designed for a highly organized professional to oversee and streamline the full product lifecycle. You will track product roadmap requests from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. The position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align processes with product goals. You will define, document, and optimize operational processes, driving continuous improvement across the organization. Accountabilities

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, tracking progress from requests to delivery of product roadmap items.
  • Coordinate and deliver on multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive consistent, compatible processes across products.
  • Define, develop, and document business process methods, parameters, control plans, flowcharts, and instructions.
  • Evaluate existing processes, recommend improvements, and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
  • Research and adopt industry-leading solutions, software applications, and systems to enhance operations.
  • Monitor technological trends and anticipate changes that may impact product operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product operations, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of business process design and optimization.
  • Experience documenting processes, workflows, and business requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and industry standards.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving initiatives independently.
  • Comfortable working night shift schedules and adapting to dynamic priorities.
