Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with expertise in VBA, SQL, and automation solutions to support the design, development, and maintenance of robust data-driven applications and processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL Server, VBA macros, and data processing automation, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues while working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Core Development :

• Design, develop, and maintain automation tools using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
• Create, optimize, and manage MS Access databases and SQL Server stored procedures.
• Develop complex SQL queries and scripts for data transformation and reporting.
• Code, debug, test, document, and communicate component development stages effectively.
• Contribute to the creation of technical designs (HLD, LLD, SAD) and architecture of & Quality :
• Create and review unit test cases and execution scenarios.
• Collaborate with the testing team; review test plans and clarify requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on defects and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure code quality, minimal post-delivery defects, and adherence to coding & Communication :
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Present design options, conduct product demos, and engage in technical discussions.
• Drive and manage team deliverables and set performance goals (FAST & Configuration :
• Develop and maintain documentation including design, test cases, and user manuals.
• Define configuration management plans and ensure team & Knowledge Management :
• Estimate effort and resources for project tasks.
• Participate in release execution and monitoring.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and reusable documentation.
