AGM - IT

Job Description Having a high level of understanding and experience of handling the IT requirements of a Pharma manufacturing plant and the processes. Good working knowledge of various software applications used in pharma plant along with IT infrastructure requirements. Ensure smooth functioning of all Application and System software, IT lnfrastructure deployed in the site to increase end-user and organizational productivity. Oversee effective flow of day-to-day IT services in the areas of Application Support, IT Infrastructure, Desktop Computing, networking, connectivity & other IT related activities for a set of plants. Key Skills Required Infrastructure management, IT software management, IT automation projects handled in Pharma companies / hands on experience in pharma mfg automation. Experience in project management of application implementation including the aspects of documentation, budgeting, execution, testing, training, quality, etc. LIMS, Trackwise, SCADA, MODA applications, ectd, ebrm, neklon. Ensure highest level of compliance and adherence w.r.t to stated IT service delivery processes, documentation and practices in line with IT policies, SOPs and Work Instructions. Interact constantly with Plant / Functional / Department Heads, SME’s, Key IT Users and End Users to capture their IT requirements as well as pain points and offer effective solutions or redressals.
