Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans and implementing activities that promote children's physical, social, and intellectual growth. Additionally, the Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for communicating regularly with parents and collaborating with other members of the teaching team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development in Early Childhood Education
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in Kindergarten or Preschool Education
• A passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment
• Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and methodology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
• Certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred
