We build intuitive products that simplify digital life—and now, we’re investing heavily in YouTube as a strategic brand and growth channel.We’re looking for a YouTube Growth Specialist who can build Unlox’s YouTube presence from the ground up and turn it into a high-performing engine of awareness, engagement, and community.What You’ll Own YouTube Strategy & Growth

• Build and execute a 12-month roadmap aimed at reaching 100k subscribers.
• Define content pillars, formats, and publishing cadence.
• Systematically test hooks, topics, formats, and thumbnails for maximum reach.Content Creation & Production
• Lead end-to-end video creation : research, scripting, directing, editing.
• Deliver high-quality long-form and short-form videos weekly.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity optimized for YouTube.Optimization & SEO
• Conduct deep keyword and trend research to shape content topics.
• Create high-CTR thumbnails and titles (with ongoing A / B testing).
• Optimize for retention, watch time, and session duration.Analytics & Performance
• Monitor key metrics : CTR, retention, watch time, traffic sources.
• Build actionable insights dashboards and monthly performance reports.
• Identify breakout opportunities and iterate fast based on data.Channel & Community Management
• Publish consistently (2–3 long videos + 3–5 shorts per week).
• Build playlists, end screens, community posts, and posting rhythms.
• Drive collaborations, influencer features, and cross-promotion.Who You Are
• 3–5+ years managing and growing YouTube channels (ideally in tech, SaaS, AI, or consumer apps).
• Demonstrated success growing a channel to 100k+ subscribers.
• Strong storytelling, editing, pacing, and audience psychology intuition.
• Deep understanding of the YouTube algorithm and growth levers.
• Highly organized, scrappy, and comfortable iterating quickly.
