Role for an Assistant Civil Engineer

Education- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience- Up to 1 year

An assistant role in on-site supervision is vital for the smooth execution of turnkey projects, requiring a balance of technical, coordination, procurement, and accounting skills.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee ongoing site activities, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure work progresses according to schedule and resolve technical issues on-site.

Assist in planning, design reviews, technical documentation, and preparation of project progress reports.

Conduct quality checks on materials and construction practices, maintain records of material usage, and prepare requisitions well in advance.

Manage site accounting, including documentation of labor costs, material payments, contractor bills, daily consumption reports, and cost estimation to keep the project within budget.
