Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse / Clinic Coordinator at our facility in Kochi. The Nurse / Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating clinical operations, providing quality patient care, managing patient flow, and ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of the clinic. Responsibilities include interacting with patients, managing appointments, assisting in medical procedures, and maintaining clinic documentation in compliance with medical regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and an ability to build rapport with patients and staff
• Effective Communication and Customer Service capabilities
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and fundamentals of Medicine
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience in clinic coordination or a similar healthcare role is preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification or equivalent healthcare certification is beneficial
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and clinic management software
