Next Lap is building the digital home for endurance sports - connecting athletes, events, and communities. We're a fast-moving startup using tech to help recreational athletes track, share, and celebrate their journeys.

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern – Operations & Strategy at Next Lap. This is a refreshed and expanded version of our previous Digital Marketing Intern role, now combining marketing operations, campaign management, and AI-powered process automation. You'll own workflows, plan campaigns, coordinate content and design, and track performance - all hands-on, with real impact on how we engage athletes and sports communities. People who applied to our earlier DM job post need not apply here again.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate content and campaign calendars across social, email, and web.
• Manage timelines, assets, and workflows to keep campaigns on track.
• Support day-to-day channel management for social media, blog, and newsletter.
• Oversee marketing operations - scheduling, process documentation, and workflow optimization.
• Apply basic design understanding to ensure content is visually appealing and effective.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with design, product, and community teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
• Explore AI tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
