Job descriptionAct as a primary point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Draft and review emails, reports, and official communications. Coordinate with board members, investors, partners, and cross-functional teams. Track key deliverables, deadlines, and initiatives to ensure timely completion. Support planning and execution of leadership reviews, events, and meetings. Maintain organized documentation, filing systems, and dashboards. Assist in research, data collection, and preparation of business summaries. Coordinate projects related to operations, infrastructure, finance, and marketing. Provide administrative support during high-priority activities, launches, or events. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or related field. 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate, hospitality, aviation, or sports environment. Experience working with C-suite leaders or senior executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools. Strong stakeholder management skills.

About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage fast-paced workflows, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
