SAP Inventory Planning & Allocation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Inventory planning and prioritization business / solutions analyst to support our S4 upgrade and S4 transformation project including IBP .

This role will be responsible in assessing our requirements, identifying gaps, and ensuring a seamless transition to the latest S / 4HANA release (2023). He / she will also be responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing solutions in scope that aligns with business and process integration needs.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring robust processes and solution integration to support the distribution and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and work with technology partners / specialists to develop solutions to address them in the inventory planning and allocation domain with SAP S4.
• Design and document functional solutions, including specs for custom enhancements.
• Responsible to manage the workstream deliverables – requirement documentations, drive functional solution decisions, test prep and execution, support cutover and hypercare
• Support testing preparation and execution efforts (unit, regression, UAT) and deliver end-user training
• Review and validate SAP OSS notes, simplification lists propose functionality roll out approach with benefits & risks.
• Support data migration and ensure planning related data integrity
• Support maintaining documentation for system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
• End user training and user testing support.
