• Build and nurture personal relationship with affluent NR customers by in-depth profiling of the client, identify opportunities and matching these opportunities to products / solutions provided by Kotak Group
• Generate business across liabilities, assets and fee products to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues and client stickiness
• Acquire new affluent clients and increase the customer base
• Work closely with other businesses to provide NRI customers with seamless access to NR products
• Navigate through adaptive and technical challenges to seamlessly align service delivery and enhance client experience
• Track customer complaints / queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide information about product and service enhancements.
• Ensure client engagement at all times though regular connecting via Omni Channel
• Ensure adherence to all bank and regulatory processes at all times
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• In depth NR product & process knowledge with mandatory NISM & IRDA certification
• Strong numerical-analytical skills and communication skills
• Experience in building and maintaining affluent customer relationships
• Open to work as per Global time zone
