Key Role in Financial Reporting Team

This is a key role in our financial reporting team, responsible for delivering robust, accurate and timely financial reporting.

The team provides insight and analysis on historical performance to drive profit, customer growth and operational performance improvement.

This role offers opportunity for future development beyond group financial reporting, including further insight, understanding and analysis for wider finance and business.

Presenting and analysing financial data for internal and external stakeholders to guide business decisions using key reporting tools (Workday, Adaptive Insights and SAP tools).

Accountable for contributing to global group monthly business performance reporting process, preparation and analysis of regional financial reports for review and presentation to management.

Liaising with regional finance teams to identify trends and variances in data, navigation of ERP system and planning tool to leverage actuals / forecast data for group reporting and ad hoc regional finance requests.

Data documentation in compliance with internal and external audit requirements to demonstrate robust process and reporting control frameworks.

Support and drive of ad hoc projects as requested by senior management, including automation of reporting, efficiencies in data extraction and analysis.

Experienced finance professional with strong academics, IFRS knowledge and accounting qualifications. Preference given to candidates with an accounting qualification.

Requirements :

• Experienced finance professional, degree qualified from a reputable university with IFRS knowledge and accounting qualifications.
• Proven problem solver with good planning and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders up to CFO level.
• Appetite to engage in projects and additional responsibilities for career progression.
