Sr. Manager Sales Operations
POSITION SUMMARY :
Responsible for leading, directing and supporting the sales operations efforts for the Division. In conjunction with DVP Sales of Sales of Operations and Field DVPs, implements and executes the best practices and standard operating procedures. Participates in senior management decision-making process, as required, concerning sales needs, issues and procedures. Acts as a Sales advocate by balancing sales' needs while managing reasonable expectations from an operations perspective. Serves as a liaison between Central Operations and Sales for all process changes and improvements related to reporting, automation, and sales programs. Leads by example; coaching, promoting, encouraging and mentoring the sales organization towards high performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Partners with finance to collaborate on various initiatives, as well as deliver and execute initiatives across the BU.
- Drives the adoption of SF Lightning and oversees SF priorities and enhancements for BU.
- Drives, influences, and executes key initiatives in partnership with finance, strategy, and channel teams.
- Prepares and implements quarterly sales leader bonus program tracking and communication
- Works with SVP, Strategy, Channels, and DVP team on data analytic needs
- Partners with the Sales COE and Data Insights team to manage all data, analytic, and reporting needs.
- Influences HRO programs, reporting and strategic initiatives (Ex. GTM Segmentation project lead, territory planning, etc.)
- Communicates program and Incentive results and works with field DVPs on weekly and monthly basis to drive adoption, and sales results.
- Manage Revenue Share Program payments, analytics, and reporting to support incentive payouts.
- Manage all aspects of President’s Club, SuperStarts, and Sales Conference.
- Leads sales programs and modern seller initiatives, as needed.
- Influences marketing campaigns and processes to drive field adoption.
- Drive growth of Competitor Takeaways by developing and executing field programs and incentives.
REQUIRED :
Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in Marketing, Sales, Finance or related fields, other forms of acceptable experience include :10-12 years of experience Sales, Finance, or Marketing operations.Broad and comprehensive understanding of different sales system and practices.Can directs the resolution of highly complex and / or unusual business problems through advanced analytical thought and judgement.Can negotiate and influence the options of others within the BU and external orgsAbility to know their audience – can exercise sensitivity to the audience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
