INDUSTRY SPECIFIC SKILLS   : Knowledge of Various structural analysis and knowledge of SACS for Structural modelling

EXPERIENCE    : 10-15 years experience in detailed engineering related to Piping discipline in Oil and Gas Offshore projects in an Engineering consultancy or EPC contracting company.

ROLE DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Guide team of Structural engineers for the complete Project / Engineering cycle.

2. Coordination with Engineering contractor or LTHE Engineering dept and client for comments resolution and approval of the Drgs / documents.

3. Identify ing Deliverable and review to ensure completeness and compliance to schedule and report progress on Engineering deliverables.

4. Participate / Support detailed Engineering and perform checks of Structural engineering drawings and calculations / SACS Models of Structural discipline of Topsides and Jackets for oil and gas production platforms.

5. Preparation of MTO for Structural Bulk and Specialty items, Preparation of RFQ for Structural Fabrication at Fabrication yard and RFQ for Offshore hook up work.

6. Ensure compatibility of the design with other engineering disciplines and ensure that the Structural system design meets the requirements of the client / operability and regulatory organizations, etc.

7. Raise service RFQ’s as per tender conditions.

8. Responsible for Load out, Transport & Installation conceptualization, RFQ preparation, Discussion with respective agencies

9. Knowledge of analysis software & geotech
