Position Overview :
The IoT Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying IoT-based solutions that connect devices, collect data, and enable intelligent decision-making. This role involves working across hardware, firmware, software, and cloud platforms to deliver scalable and secure IoT ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement IoT systems including sensors, devices, networks, and cloud integration.
- Develop and deploy firmware for embedded systems and edge devices.
- Integrate IoT devices with cloud services (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, Google Cloud IoT).
- Work on communication protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, LoRa, Zigbee, or BLE.
- Perform data acquisition, analysis, and visualization from IoT devices.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and data science teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IoT devices and platforms.
- Document system design, architecture, and operational procedures.
- Stay updated with emerging IoT trends, technologies, and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or JavaScript .Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, etc.).Familiarity with IoT protocols — MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, LoRaWAN, Zigbee, Modbus, etc.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT).Strong understanding of networking, security , and edge computing .Experience with data visualization and API integration .Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
