Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Manager – Sales & Marketing for Oil-Filled Distribution and Power Transformers, CRT / VPI Transformers.

Locations : Delhi | Hyderabad | Pune | Bangalore | Chennai

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech / MBA

Experience : 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, consultants, and channel partners.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial offers, tenders, and project proposals.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly defined and met.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market segments.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of commercial and technical issues.
