Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Customer Success Manager Fresher located in Surat. The Technical Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer retention, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, analyzing customer needs and feedback, and implementing solutions to enhance the customer experience. The role will also involve working closely with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and ensure the seamless integration of Com.Bot's products.
