Job Description :

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Assist in employee engagement activities and performance review processes.

Handle basic HR documentation, joining formalities, and exit formalities.
