Job Overview :

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team! As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls, emails, and social media referrals. Business Development Representative will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the end-users and community through providing compelling and tailored solutions.

Business Development Representative will actively assist the marketing team in creating marketing strategies and tactics that will drive sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
  • Present our company to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products / services.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.

Desired Profile :

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Qualifications

    Experience : Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

    Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
