The Business Associate role is designed for freshers / entry-level candidates eager to start their career in the business sector. The position involves supporting various business initiatives, conducting market research, and collaborating with team members to drive successful outcomes.

ELIXIRON is a leading outsourcing advertisement and world's largest marketing company. As a company, we have client servicing functions for various corporate clients and we handle advertising functions in multiple fields like telecommunication, banking, charitable organization and we are currently looking for the post of Business Manager, where initially you will be recruited as Business Associate in the company. You will be working on 4 different fields like sales and marketing, Hr, Finance and Administration and once your training and development successfully, you will be promoted as the business manager wherein you will be handling individual business units along with 20 to 25 team members.
