We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our EPC solar project sales. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage key accounts, mentor a sales team, and close high-value solar EPC contracts.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive sales strategy & achieve EPC solar project targets

Identify and acquire commercial / industrial clients

Lead proposals, negotiations & deal closures

Build long-term client relationships & ensure satisfaction

Lead & mentor sales team for performance excellence

Requirements :

• ️ 5–7 years of sales experience (3+ years in solar EPC)
• ️ Proven track record in large EPC project closures
• ️ Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
• ️ In-depth knowledge of solar EPC market & policies
• ️ Willingness to travel for client meetings & business development
