Job description

Power BI Expertise

  • Min overall experience of 11-14 years with 8+ years of proficiency in Power BI / MSBI for data visualization, report creation, and dashboard development.
  • Skills in data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and performance optimization are crucial.

Generative AI Knowledge

  • Understanding of Generative AI technologies, including integrating large language models (LLMs) and APIs into applications.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools is important.
  • Strong experience (or knowledge) of Power BI CoPilot or Gen AI / OpenAI / Claude etc.

    • Data Management

  • Strong skills in data management , including data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and vector databases is beneficial.

    • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize solutions.

    • Technical Proficiency

  • Expertise in a range of BI and hosting technologies like the AWS stack, Azure & Snowflake .
  • He / she can work on multiple project streams for a client and apply pharma domain knowledge for better business decision-making especially around Cloud Data Warehouse .

    • Domain

  • 5+ years of Pharma Domain experience in Commercial or Patient areas.

    • Presales Experience

  • RFP response and proactive proposal writing and presentation experience for medium and large pharma companies.

    • Behavioral

  • Collaboration and Communication : Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders, translate business requirements, and mentor teams. Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
