Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive Sàwai’s luxury real estate business in Goa. The role involves acquiring and managing HNI, NRI, and UHNI clients, showcasing premium villas and branded residences, and closing high-value transactions. The Sales Manager will build strong client and channel partner relationships, deliver tailored investment solutions, and ensure a seamless, luxury-driven buying experience in line with Sàwai’s brand values.
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients
Work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
Develop a strong channel partner network in Goa
Conduct site visits, presentations, and deal closures.
Understand the client's needs and communicate those needs to internal teams
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
Monitor client feedback and work with internal teams to address any issues
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in our CRM system
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements :
Proven sales experience in luxury real estate, wealth management, or high-value asset sales.
Strong network of HNIs, NRIs, and UHNWIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Track record of achieving high-ticket sales targets (₹5 Cr+ deals).
Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation → site visit → closure.
Understanding of luxury investments, rental yields, and property appreciation trends.
Goa-based or willing to relocate with strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Graduate / MBA preferred (business, real estate, or related field).
