The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of luxury shopping experience.

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to every customer, fostering a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to exceed customer expectations..
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, including fabric details, weaving techniques and the story behind each collection to effectively communicate with our patrons.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service.
• Represent Tilfi in exhibitions and events as and when required.
