Job Summary

Network Engineer – Automation and Data Services Summary This individual will be a contributor to the network services product development workstream, supporting our business connectivity portfolio comprising MEF-based Ethernet services and other connectivity-based services. The role primarily involves programming and development, with additional exposure to network technologies being a bonus.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Develop and maintain network configuration templates using XSLT v1.0, fixing production errors, and adding new features.
• Design and implement a new templating engine using Jinja2 and Python, transitioning templates from XSLT to Jinja2.
• Contribute to automation applications written in Python using Flask and JavaScript, including RESTful API development.
• Participate in code changes, testing, and design for network automation platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to support functional testing, planning, and execution.
