Zenith - Oracle OTL Functional Consultant - HCM Module

Role Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned HCM Cloud SaaS professional specializing in Time and Labor (OTL) with a strong track record of at least three end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise across the hire-to-retire lifecycle and have excellent client-facing, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Redwood UI and Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the functional solution design and configuration efforts for the Time and Labor (OTL) module within HCM Cloud projects.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, design sessions, and oversee thorough testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide comprehensive go-live support to ensure smooth transition and successful project deployment.
• Mentor junior team members, allocate tasks effectively, and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager.
• Analyze and resolve complex functional issues that arise during the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business development teams to support client engagement and contribute to proposal development.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Participate in domestic and international travel as required for client interactions and project delivery.
