Job descriptionOversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs, store hygiene, and brand guidelines . Manage inventory control , stock levels, shrinkage, and store audits. Ensure timely stock replenishment , order planning, and coordination with warehouse / supply chain teams. Handle cash management , billing accuracy, and daily reconciliation. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalations promptly. Ensure staff follow the brand’s service standards and customer engagement protocols. Monitor customer feedback and take corrective actions when needed. Hire, train, and mentor the store team to ensure consistent performance. Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and skill enhancement sessions . Create a positive work environment promoting teamwork and motivation. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements . Maintain accurate records and prepare daily / weekly / monthly store performance reports. Coordinate with HR, finance, supply chain, and other supporting departments.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive store profitability.
- Analyze sales reports, footfall trends, and conversion rates to identify improvement areas.
