You’re not just running ads - you’re running missions. Every click you drive is intentional, every keyword you chase is strategic, and every campaign you touch is engineered for ROI.

At Porcellia, we work with luxury, high-AOV D2C brands and lifestyle disruptors. We’re looking for a junior Google Ads Performance Marketer who’s hungry to learn, sharp with data, and ready to scale campaigns that don’t just spend but actually convert.

What You’ll Actually Do :

  • Track and analyze day-to-day performance data across all brand accounts
  • Support the performance team with spend reports, dashboards, and insights
  • Assist in product profitability analyses to guide smarter ad spends
  • Help with setup, optimization, and scaling of campaigns in Google Ads, Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and GTM
  • Carry out competitor analysis and keyword research to sharpen strategy
  • Learn to test, refine, and optimize campaigns for better CTR, ROAS, and conversions

What You’ll Need :

  • 0-2 years of experience in performance marketing (agency or brand side)
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Merchant Center, GA, GTM
  • Eagerness to dive deep into keywords, competitor research, and profitability metrics
  • Analytical mindset - you’re curious about why numbers move the way they do
  • Hunger to learn fast and grow into a performance specialist role

    Full-Time Role with ownership and lots of learning

    Compensation :

    3-5 LPA basis experience + skillset
