We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Mumbai.

DETAILS OF THE ROLE :

Position Title : Associate (on-Contract)

Department : Talent Acquisition

Location : Mumbai – Lower Parel

Qualification : Recently graduated from with a full-time MBA!

Contract : 1 year contract with possibility of conversion to full-time

Salary : I NR 4.5 lakhs for 12 months

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Maintain ownership of the sourcing process from identification through screening and handover to recruiters
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Stay current with sourcing tools, techniques, and talent trends relevant to professional services
• Perform additional sourcing-related tasks as assigned by reporting manager
• Work with the Campus team on all Campus drives & recruitment activities targeted towards fresher roles
